“Not clean ”

“Hidden gem. The overall experience was great, and I will go back again.”

“Four Winds is a beautiful casino with very clean rooms, clean casino floor and grounds. We really enjoyed our stay at Four Winds on New Buffalo, MI. We plan to go there again soon.”

“It is a refurbished hotel with a new name I believe. It has the basics. Clean, comfortable bed. WiFi works. Coffee 24/7. Friendly staff. On the other hand, the room didn’t have any place to hang clothes on a hanger. No cabinets with drawers. There was one room on the side that had nothing in it. We were there for 2 nights. So, it was ok.”

“This is a wonderful old Victorian that they did a great job updating. Housekeeping needs to pay a little more attention to some spaces. The heater air conditioner has some black spots on it. And next to the stove has crumbs. I am not able to use stairs very well and there wasn't an option on check-in to request a first floor accommodation or a way to indicate before booking the room what that was going to look like which limited my ability to transport personal items to the room. I'm also unsure……

“So obviously they have been remodeling. The new updated flooring looks so much better. The room we had ; had an old shower with mold. Definitely need to replace the showers! The tub in my room was AWESOME! I loved the lake view . Although during our stay our privacy “fence” broke so we really couldn’t enjoy it the next day. But they did send maintenance pretty fast to fix . Which was great! TVs are small, maybe a little update on TVs too! Staff was nice and friendly. Although they shouldn’t……

“Check in to the hotel is kinda annoying since its on the other side of the complex and parking near to the hotel is non existent. The pool was also closed.”

“Well about ten minutes after checking in there was definitely a domestic issue going on outside the door of our room in the hallway on the third floor that staff was aware of (per their self report of observing it on their facility cameras). You could hear them screaming on the first floor from the third floor. We asked about a refund to which we were told we have to attempt to get through Expedia and if we did then it would take several weeks to receive. They moved our room to the first floor……

“Breakfast was extremely continental; very difficult for a gluten free person. The pictures online showed a hot chafer; but never saw one there.”

“Music playing until early hours of the morning. Paper thin walls so you can hear your neighbors every sound. No WiFi”

“Good breakfast. Sauna was broken. Pool was warm. Hot tub had something weird floating in it. We didn’t get in. Room was big. Bed was comfy.”
