Staff was amazing, room was clean. Older hotel, although the room was clean, carpet has stains and the blinds were ripped. Great price for a quick overnight trip.

Good sized room for two independent travellers on business. Coffee and cookies on arrival while checking in was a nice touch. Pool was at a temperature that encouraged vigorous swimming. Breakfast acceptable. Considering the high cost of accommodation in South Haven, using the Country Inn and Suites was a sensible, economical option. Close to the Three Blondes Brewery, which was ideal for evening meal and relaxation without having to drive.

We only stayed overnight on the way to our destination, mainly to sleep, shower, have breakfast and then get on the road early at 6:15am. The property was just fine for our purposes. Staff were friendly and efficient.

It was clean. The TV volume didn't work well. The toilet seat was really loose. I told the front desk, but they didn't respond. Breakfast wasn't good. Bacon was not done and the egs looked like they been there for a long time.
