While the staff was friendly, the room was dirty, a used coffee cup was in the room, and the bath tub failed to drain. I don't plan on staying there again.

The elevator was broken the entire stay. I had to walk up three flights of stairs to get to my room. The floor was either no vacuumed or done poorly because I found a popcorn kernel and an m & M on the floor. Housekeeping did not come once in the 3 days.

We’ve stayed here several times in the past, but apparently the property is under new management, and the experience was quite different. The elevator was not working during our two-night stay, and our room was on the third floor. The room itself needed maintenance, especially in the bathroom—missing or burned out light bulbs, missing cover over the shower light fixture, stained shower curtain. An employee told us that the new management was working on previously deferred maintenance, so hopefully conditions will improve.

Room was clean and comfortable though walls could benefit from a new coat of paint. Check in was quick with friendly staff though we did not see staff the next morning. Breakfast was hot and filling with several choices .

The room (my was 204) was dirty, bed sheets were with stains and not cleaned, one floor tile broken, toilet tank cracked on top, holes in the bathroom walls, hole in bathroom door, toilet didn't flush properly, underneath faucet at shower without wall plate, bathroom mirror broken at one corner, ottoman cushion next to bed had a cigarette burn; a lots of dust behind tables and sofa; back wall of the closet repaired without matching paint, shower gel deposit completed empty, walls had black scratches in different places.

Place was excessively dirty. Water in the bathroom couldn’t reach warm temperature. I practically had to break the handle over to the left to get a little bit of warm water. The same with the shower all of a sudden you wood wind up getting a blast of cold water.
