"Important note, you can only check in between 4-7 pm. This is made clear to you through their online site, but it was apparent many people didn't see this. The front desk is not staffed 24/7. Check in was easy with English as a first language, if that is a concern of yours. The place we booked was clean and quiet. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything, and more, that you could need for the duration of your stay. Ample onsite parking is included and it is secured after 8:00 pm for added peace of mind. This is the perfect destination/launch point if you are looking to tour the Normandy area/beaches at your own pace. The town is a very short walk and offers a grocery store, bakery, pizza shop, fresh fish market and more. The pool was kept nice and warm and is in a sunroom type structure, so you can enjoy it in any weather. The price can not be beaten for the quality you are provided. I would highly recommend staying here!"

"It was as expected, lovely clean property. Only disappointment there was no TV to watch DVD’s.There was one in the photographs on VRBO site so I assumed wrongly it was there, it also didn’t mention its absence in the description on the page. Maybe I should have checked with owner or agent.The garage was very handy to park but also to load and unload the car. The owner and agent were excellent and I would highly recommend the property (as long as you don’t expect a TV or to be able to watch DVD’s)"

"We, a family of 4 adults, spent a beautiful six days at Maison d’Aime. It was our base as we explored some of the many sites in Normandy. The house was spacious, clean and pretty. The yard is fabulous. The roses beautiful. The listing and pictures are accurate. You do need a car to get around. The hosts were delightful and have great recommendations for sites to see. We recommend Maison d’Aime highly. Merci beaucoup!"
