Close to central, free coffee in the common area, aircon. Obviously not a hotel so don’t expect similar service but the team looking after the guest house is lovely and always available.

Hosts were lovely and had a good suggestion for a restaurant which I went to twice because the owners were so sweet! Bike shop across the street from b&b where I rented a bike. This area is great for biking!

Ótimo custo-benefício

O hotel é lindo e com ótimo custo-benefício. O quarto é lindo e super espaçoso, assim como o banheiro. A única coisa é que por não possuir um box fechado, acaba molhando tudo quando se toma banho e pode ficar um pouco perigoso porque o piso é escorregadio. De resto, não há do que reclamar. O quarto possui uma mini geladeira e tem até saca-rolhas. Na área comum do hotel, há café e chá à vontade, um terraço e um lugar para deixar as malas depois do check-out.

God lokation og udsøgt service fra personalet

Vi havde et dejligt ophold på Quarenghi16. Servicen er helt i top, der er gode guides og en udsøgt hjælpsomhed fra personalet. Man føler sig meget velkommen og forespørgsler bliver imødekommet med stor venligheden! Udover dét, klarer man egentlig lidt sig selv, hvilket vi syntes var fint. Der er ikke reception, og der kommer ikke roomservice i løbet af opholdet, men det er en del af konceptet. Værelset var rent og pænt, havde en god størrelse. Sengen bar dog lidt præg af slid på hovedgærdet, hvilket ikke er så tiltalende. Sengetøjet havde nogle pletter/mærker, og det trækker selvfølgelig også lidt ned i den overordnede vurdering af renligheden. Udover disse mindre detaljer, var vi dog meget tilfredse med opholdet og vil med stor sandsynlighed komme tilbage, når vi besøger Bergamo igen! God lokation i centrum af Citta Bassa. Gå-afstand til stort set alt. Samlet set anbefalesværdigt.

Highly Recommended - Amazing Value for money

Host was extremely helpful - polite and professional! Location was very good and the room and bathroom were both comfortable and pleasant, shower was nice too. Breakfast had a large selection and was well presented. Covid measures were in use also. Overall I would highly recommend this B&B and would like to thank the host again for such a great experience!

Impossible to find!!!

Non information outside at the street. The Big Door closed. No information how to get in! Reception should be open unhtil 21.00 (9 pm) but nobody there ( we arrived before and even mailed the time whe shgould come) , Nobody knew how to find the place, hot to get in...Chaos, disaster! After a lot of troubles, telephone calls..nobody came but we finally got instructions how to find key, and finally aft a lot of trobuels we came in. The room was OK, the breakfast OK, but it does not help. It cannot be like this!

We had a lovely time in this B&B in Bergamo. Standards of cleanliness were exceptional, the room was spacious and stylish (especially the bathroom!) and we loved the breakfast. The location in the center of Citta Bassa (the lower town) is great for shopping and it is only a 15 minute walk away from the cable car that goes up to the wonderful Citta Alta (upper town). We can wholeheartedly recommend this B&B to anyone wo wants to spend a long weekend (or longer) in magnificent Bergamo.

Mysig B&B i Citta Bassa. GOD frukost!.

Detta B&B kan varmt rekommenderas! Det är rent och prydligt med förvånande bekväma sängar. Frukosten var uppdukad på ett omtänksamt och finstämt sätt, så att vi som gäster kände os ompysslade. Det fanns ett urval som bör göra en svensk nöjd, utan att det var överdådigt på något sätt. Läget är precis intill shopping-gatorna i Citta Bassa, med gångavstånd till stationen, vilket passade oss perfekt. Vi upplevde inte alls mycket trafik, så hela vistelsen kändes lugn och skön. Vi anlände sent, efter kl 21 utan problem, då Antonella skickade mycket tydlig information om self-check in. Morgonen efter mötte hon upp och kontrollerade att allt var som det skulle. Även vid check-out fanns speciellt utrymme, där vi kunde lämna våra väskor över dagen och vid avfärd hämta upp dem, samt lägga nyckeln i en låst brevlåda vid dörren. Värt att notera är att personalen generellt inte pratar engelska, men med lite gester ordnar det sig ändå, de är mycket omtänksamma och tjänstvilliga. Wi-fi fungerade tyvärr inte under vår fyra dagar långa vistelse, men det störde inte oss. Om jag åker till Bergamo igen, kommer jag definitivt att boka detta boende.

Et fint centralt sted i Bergamo. Blev faktisk ringet op af deres personale, da de gerne ville vide hvilket klokkeslet vi forventede at ankomme. Fint værelse.. venligt personale..dejlig morgenmad. Eneste minus...det var meget svært at finde...eneste "skilt" med navn var en lille tekst over ringklokken.

Mooie, leuke en praktische b&b; top locatie!

Deze warme b&b heeft ons een leuk verblijf in Bergamo bezorgd. De eigenaars waren heel vriendelijk, flexibel en behulpzaam. De kamer proper, mooi met houten vloeren en plafonds en leuk ingericht met oog voor detail. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid, lekker en met elke dag kleine veranderingen. De goede locatie en parking voorzien bijkomend in vlotte bereikbaarheid.

Jättefint ställe! Väldigt rent, sköna sängar och stort badrum med alla bekvämligheter! Det enda negativa var att efter 30 min dusch så började varmvattnet ta slut och den efter fick svalt/kallt vatten.

Don't walk, run away from this hotel

This was the worst hotel experience that I have had in many years. The staff was extremely unfriendly and uninformed. The rooms were cold and had bugs in them along with lights that didn't shut off at night. You will ruin your time in Italy if you stay here.
