A large seaside villa in the heart of the scenic Arboreteum with indoor swimming pool, infrared sauna, kitchen, 4 bathrooms with shower and toilet and 1 extra toilet in the living room, 4 terraces, beautiful garden with outdoor fireplace, sunbeds and lounge sets, 3 living rooms/ TV room and 6 bedrooms. The property has approx. 38 meter sea line and deep water quay with spectacular view, is tastefully furnished indoor and outdoor, and fully equipped to ensure you can experience a real ‘home from home’.

The villa has direct access to the hiking area The Norwegian Arboretum and Botanical Garden. Grønneviken bathing beach is also a short walk away.

Wonderful location and great views
Imelda is a great host and was very helpful in ensuring all of our requirements and requests were met. The house is located in a beautiful scenic part of town and has all the amenities we were looking for.

Incredible!
The house is spectacular and in a perfect location—we didn’t want to be right in Bergen but it is an easy 20 min drive away. The property is secluded and surrounded by an arboretum and swimming area—all beautiful. Imelda was responsive and so helpful/sweet. Highly recommend!
