Schöne große Wohnung mit Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Haustür. Somit konnte man innerhalb kürzester Zeit die Innenstadt erreichen.

Praktische Ferienwohnung

die Ferienwohnung ist praktisch eingerichtet und für Familien gut geeignet. Es gibt in direkter Nähe eine Bushaltestellt, so dass die Anbindung an den ÖPNV sehr gut gegeben ist. Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich und es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Gerne Wieder

Profit driven and aggressive

The people running this operation see guests as a drain on their profits. The property is adequate although they cut every corner possible which includes the generous gift of one roll of toilet paper, shutting off the hot water in the bath due to ‘delinquent guests’, and the television having no signal, when I asked about the last two things I was shamed for being difficult. The wifi is weak and constantly drops so if you need to work bring a hotspot. The Owners: Communication was not only unprofessional but aggressive. After not reading my stated check in time he was angry with me for having his staff wait for us to sign house rules which we’re already agreed to within the app. Owner insisted on a phone call for check in instructions and refused to give written communication, knowing my phone was not able to make calls. There are hidden fees for ‘extra guests’ I had 4 people total and was charged an extra $230 on top of the nightly rate which was not stated in the advertising. The owner claimed to know nothing about the process and I now have an open case with VRBO for reimbursement. Read his tone in response to any reviews that mentions these thing and notice how he blames the guests for not communicating. They do not respond to their guests needs they make excuses until you leave. Find another option!

Okay but disappointing

Rooms are large. Furniture is sparse. Disappointed that there was no hot water in the bathtub and with no washing machine and no extra clean linens available, a three week stay was not comfortable.

Berlin for første gang

Vi besøgte Berlin for første gang, og valgte en lejlighed, da flere i familien har gluten allergi, og derfor ønskede vi at lave maden selv. Det fungerede udmærket. Beliggenheden af lejligheden er fin i forhold til at bruge den offentlige trafik, og der er fine indkøbsmuligheder tæt på. Vi var lidt skuffede over at deres internet ikke virkede og der var flere lamper hvor pæren var defekt, men ellers en god oplevelse.

Gute Lage, große Wohnung

Die Wohnung war sauber und ausreichend eingerichtet. Die Lage ist gut, Verkehrsanbindung und Shoppingmöglichkeiten top. Es fehlten Handtuchhalter am Waschbecken im Bad . Die Betten waren bequem. Leider roch die Wohnung unangenehm nach Rauch, obwohl sie als Nichtraucherwohnung deklariert war. WLAN war nicht verfügbar.

Short stay in Berlin

The house was very nice, clean and easy to find and check in to. Access to bus was right near the front door. Many restaurants near-by. S-Bahn was only a 10 minute walk. Overall very good stay. Also...bed was comfortable.

Jederzeit wieder

Die Wohnung war super für unseren Wochenendaufenthalt zu 7. in Berlin. Nachdem der Check-in leider etwas verzögert statt gefunden hat, da erst nach 30 Minuten jemand von der Agentur Zeit hatte uns in die Wohnung zu lassen, wurden wir jedoch sehr herzlich und freundlich empfangen. Die Lage war gut. Bäcker und Restaurants waren in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung war sauber und ausreichend ausgestattet :) Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Property is spacious, located right on the bus line, and only a 3-minute walk to a Rewe grocery store. Multiple restaurants are in the neighborhood. However, the lack of counter/table space in the kitchen makes any cooking there problematic. There are no spare blankets or pillows. There is no hot water for the shower late at night or early in the morning, although there is hot water for the sinks.

Scrooge's Wohnung

Wir hatten diese Wohnung deshalb ausgesucht, weil sie 5 Personen Platz bot. Es gab bei unserer Ankunft nur 3 gemachte Betten - ein Doppelbett war nur halbfertig. Das fünfte Bett, das auf dem Foto gezeigt wurde, fehlte. Es gab nicht mal Toilettenpapier und das, obwohl wir am Sonntag ankamen. Das Ganze roch nach Geiz. Wenn man schon so viel Geld pro Nacht bezahlt, sollte man nicht das Gefühl haben, das überall gespart wird. Wifi wurde ebenfalls extra berechnet und funktionierte fast nicht. Enttäuschend!

Sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet

Wir verbanden berufliche und private Interessen mit der Anmietung der Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer schönen Straße, allerdings mangelt es an Parkplätzen. Direkt um die Ecke befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle, so dass man das Auto nicht bewegen muss. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder nutzen.

Very comfortable, well equipped apartment

2 days in Berlin was made very comfortable and enjoyable by our stay in this very well appointed Berlin apartment. In a good location with very easy access to public transport in to central Berlin. Bus stop only 50m away at the road end. For €20/day upto 5 people could travel all day on any bus, fast tram or underground until 3:00am the following morning. Excellent value for money. The apartment was only 30 minutes from Alexandra Plaza in central Berlin next to the BT Communications Tower. Parking was on street parking, which was relatively easy to get outside the apartment with a little patience. Extra surcharges incurred included €32 for staying less than minimum 3 days for linen charge, plus additional €15 for use of the apartment Internet, which was a little unexpected. Overall a highly recommended apartment.
