This furnished home is located in Schmargendorf, a charming residential area situated southwest of Berlin with a strong sense of community. If you enjoy staying active outside, there are lots of options in the area, including a public swimming pool, ice rink, football pitch, and track. Plus, the large national forest of Grunewald is nearby, giving you more opportunities to take a hike or go picnic. Schmargendorf has inviting shops and cafes and easy access to other areas around Berlin courtesy of the Heidelberger Platz transit station.

Pets are welcome, though weight limits and breed restrictions apply and may incur fees.

A security deposit of €1400 is required at booking, which will be returned within 2-4 weeks after the check-out, minus any deductible damages.
This apartment is available for temporary stays only and is not suitable for tourist or permanent residential use. Upon booking, guests must provide a valid travel purpose accepted by local legislation to confirm the reservation.
Reservations must be for a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 1 year.
