Convenient apartment in the green part of Berlin

The apartment is in 1. OG a 2Familienhauses and consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 living room with sofa bed, bathroom with shower, bath and toilet of a coffee kitchen and a small hallway.
1. Bedroom: double bed 160x200cm TV and stereo. large closet, balcony
Second Bedroom: double bed 180x200cm TV no closet. This room is only suitable for sleeping, since only in the middle part a standing height of 2m is given.
Third Living room: sofa bed 140x 200cm, TV, large closet, 2 armchairs, balcony
4th bathroom: bath, shower, sink and toilet
5th Coffee kitchen: fridge, 2 hot plates, sink and a small mobile oven, hot water maker and coffee maker.
6th Hallway with bookshelf
The apartment is conveniently located yet quiet. 2 bus stations are located in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. The football stadium is in 10 min. , the exhibition center in about 20 minutes by bus. With the same bus they go to the train station Zoo from where they are 5 min. to Ku-damm and
15 minutes. to Tauentzienstraße by foot. With another bus you drive 10min. to Spandau old town, there have suburban train, metro and mainline connections.
Shopping for daily needs and free parking are available directly in the apartment.
Please note that an additional 5% of the rental price will be charged as accommodation tax, which may need to be paid cash on the spot.

Eine Oase zum Entspannen
Ein sehr freundlicher und unkomplizierter Gastgeber, eine saubere, geräumige Wohnung und alles da, was man braucht, auch eine Grundausstattung mit Toilettenpapier, Handtüchern und Spülmittel in der vorhanden. Super fand ich den kleinen Balkon zum Westen raus, da könnte man jetzt im Sommer super frühstücken.

Sehr freundliche Vermieter, die während des Aufenthaltes dezent waren. Unterkunft wie abgebildet und beschrieben. Schlafzimmer und Bad sehr großzügig. Küche klein, aber zweckmäßig. Sehr gute Anbindung an Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Empfehlenswert.

A bus ride away
Klaus was very friendly at check in and check out. a peaceful stay less than 30 minutes on one bus outside the city center. The bus actually takes you all the way to the zoo. The place is near a 24hr fuel station with groceries and an Aldi.

Lovely apartment for family of four
Klaus was a great host. He set up the apartment so it functioned as three bedrooms. Small but functional and practical kitchen. Large bathroom and two decks. Comfy beds and with walking distance of a lovely Italian restaurant just up the street and not too far from Spandau. It is outside the city centre but it’s plenty easy to get back and forth. And the supermarket is just minute walk away.

Book with caution if it’s for more than one person
Close to public transportation and easy walking distance to two grocery stores. However major sites in Berlin are about an hour away by bus. We were there during a heat wave, and the kitchen and bathroom windows had no curtains or blinds to block the sun. I would have also appreciated the added privacy that curtains would have given to the bathroom. The kitchen space is very small, really only functional for one person. There were two small balconies on opposite sides of the apartment which meant one was always in the shade which was a relief from the heat. Our biggest concern was that I had booked for six people although our booking was only showing four and not the two children with us. (This may be a problem with the Vrbo booking system). However, upon arrival the host insisted that we pay another €160 despite our communication with Verbo indicating to us that we had paid fully. When we tried to show the host our email from Vrbo he was still not convinced.

Tolle Wohnung für einen Städtetrip nach Berlin
Kleine, feine Wohnung mit absolut fantastischer Anbinding nach Berlin. Ruhige Lage, mit Balkon, super bequeme Betten - hat alles gepasst. Die Abstimmung im Vorfeld und auch due Schlüsselübergabe liefen reibingslos. Wenn wieder Berlin, dann gerne wieder hier!

Die Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen und müsste dringend mal renoviert werden. Die Küche war nicht sehr einladend, Essen musste man am Wohnzimmeresstisch oder auf dem Balkon. Sauberkeit war ok. Treppenaufgang riecht etwas muffig.

Der Aufenthalt war ok.Das einzige was mich gestört hat das keine Rauchmelder(der einzige Rauchmelder war in der Küche wo er nicht hingehört)vorhanden war.Zur Info:in der Küche und im Badezimmer gehört kein Rauchmelder hin.Park möglichkeiten waren schlecht.

Great place to stay for a small group. Close to bus stops and grocery stores. Quiet area even though it's on a busy street. Property on back or property and has a nice view. Would recommend if you want to stay a little outside of Spandau downtown yet be close enough to go into town.

Städtetrip nach Berlin
Meine Begleitung und ich sind für ein Wochenende nach Berlin gereist, für einen typischen Städtetrip. Die Ferienwohnung von Herrn Halbmann war dafür perfekt geeignet, mit den beiden Schlafzimmern, der Ausstattung, der Lage und den Parkmöglichkeiten. Der Kontakt war schon vorab super. Fragen wurden sehr freundlich und schnell beantwortet und dieser Eindruck hat sich beim Eintreffen direkt Bestätigt. Für unsere Bedürfnisse war die Ferienwohnung super eingerichtet, alles war sauber, die Betten waren bequem und in der kleinen Küche wäre auch alles vorhanden gewesen um sich ein einfaches Abendessen zuzubereiten. Die Lage der Wohnung hat uns auch sehr zugesagt. Die Parkmöglichkeiten waren gut, um das Auto dort guten Gewissens für das Wochenende stehen zu lassen. Abends war es ruhig um gut zu schlafen und trotzdem war von der nahliegenden Bushaltestelle alles schnell zu erreichen, um Berlin zu erkunden. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können die FeWo nur empfehlen. Vielen Dank nochmal Herr Halbmann!

Eine schöne Wohnung in einer schönen Wohngegend mit super Verbindung der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel
Der Aufenthalt war super. Die Wohnung war ausreichend. Es könnte etwas sauberer sein, aber das liegt nicht nur an dem Vermieter sondern auch an den Personen die vorher die Wohnung bewohnt haben. Man sollte in so einer Wohnung schon alles ordentlich hinterlassen, vernünftig abwaschen und was so dazugehört. Mir persönlich haben Fliegengitter gefehlt, es gab nur 1 Fenster mit Fliegengitter, das war in dem Schlafzimmer mit dem großen Bett. Und ein Spiegel wäre sehr angebracht, es gibt nur den im Bad, der ist zwar sehr groß aber ein zweiter wäre schon schön gewesen. Sehr gut gefallen haben mir die 2 Balkone, so hatte man immer einen mit Sonne und einen mit Schatten und konnte schön entspannen. Alles in allem. War es für die 3 Tage völlig ok dort zu sein. Die Verbindungen mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln war super. In 15 Minuten ist man am Olympiastadion und in 30 Minuten am Alexanderplatz. Was will man mehr
