Gute Lage

Super gelegen in Neukölln… an U8- Haltestelle Leinestrasse, Restaurants in der Umgebung und Erholung auf dem Tempelhofer Feld!!Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig, netten komplett eingerichtet, aber hier und da sind schon ein paar Gebrauchsspuren zu sehen.

Überwiegend gut.

Die Wohnung ist zentral im lebendigen, diversen Neukölln gelegen, es gibt verschiedenste Möglichkeiten für Restaurants und Kneipen. Die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist sehr gut. Die Kommunikation von Homaris war engagiert und bemüht, sie waren auch spät abends erreichbar. Einziger negativer Punkt ist das sehr enge Bad und die Dusche ohne wirklich heißes Wasser (eher lauwarm, reicht aber zum Duschen).

Proche de la station Leinestraße sur la ligne U8, très pratique pour rejoindre l'Alexanderplatz ou aller à l'aéroport. Calme sauf les lundis et jeudis matins à la sortie des poubelles ! Salle de bain exiguë, déconseillée aux personnes en surpoids ou à mobilité réduite.
