The Deluxe Apartments are between 45 - 50 sqm in size and convince with floor-to-ceiling windows and a homely interior. The 2-room apartment has a separate living room and bedroom. The bedroom offers a large double bed, TV and enough storage space. The living room has a sofa, desk and TV. The integrated kitchenette is fully equipped. The spacious bathroom is equipped with shower/bathtub, toilet and hairdryer. Free wifi is available throughout the apartment.

Getting Around:
The apartment is centrally located in Berlin, Berlin-Mitte. It has excellent public transport connections, with a bus stop in front of the door (Heinrich-Heine-Platz) and the subway stop Heinrich-Heine-Straße within 450 m walking distance. For the daily grocery shopping there is an Aldi in the outbuilding and a Lidl and Edeka less than 5 minutes walk away. To the Spree you walk about one kilometer.
Other Things to Note:
The Apartment House Berlin is digitally managed and has no reception on site. Check in is only possible online via our check in system. The link for this will be provided in the reservation confirmation. After successfully providing the required data (filling out and signing the registration form and uploading the ID or passport), access to the digital guest area with information about your stay will be granted. Our service team is available 24 hours by phone or via chat. We reserve the right to authorize a deposit by credit card at check-in.
