Our lovingly furnished and fully equipped apartment offers the ideal starting point for your stay in Berlin. Sleep absolutely quietly and comfortably in high-quality box spring beds and also on a comfortable sofa bed. Centrally located in the Charlottenburg district on the famous Kurfürstendamm and still in a very quiet side street. Cleanliness and hygiene are a matter of course for us.

In just a few stations you can also reach the other sights in Berlin such as. B. the Brandenburg Gate, the Reichstag, Checkpoint Charly / Friedrichstrasse, the remarkable Eastside Gallery and Museum Island / Unter den Linden.

Good locartion, quiet place

A nicely situated appartment (very close to the U-bahn in a quiet neighborhood) on the ground floor, with separate entrance from the rest of the house. The property was clean, with well equipped kitchen (with a lot of condiments, but no salt - we had our own). The instructions from the owners were accurate, communication was fast and relevant. We enjoyed our stay and had no complications with the property

Schöne Wohnung, tolle Lage, aber ungepflegt

Tolle Wohnung in ehemaliger Ladeneinheit. Man öffnet die Wohnungstüre und steht quasi auf der Straße. War aber trotzdem recht ruhig. Die Wohnung hat eine ideale Lage, um Berlin zu erkunden. In wenigen Minuten ist man an der S- oder U-Bahn. Viele wichtige Ziele sind somit schnell zu erreichen. Leider ist die Wohnung nicht gepflegt. Es war nur oberflächlich geputzt, in den Schubladen befindet sich Schmutz, Sand und Müll vom Vorgänger. Die vorhandenen Gewürze und Essig- / Ölfläschchen wagt man kaum anzufassen, da von Fettschmutz überzogen. An der Spülmaschine am unteren Auszug fehlen die zwei Räder, so dass der beladene Korb nicht rausgezogen werden kann. Beim Benutzen des Ofen stinkt es nach ranzigem Fett, das Gefrierfach ist dick vereist. Alles in allem nichts, was durch mehr Pflege und einer Generalreinigung nicht in Griff zu bekommen wäre, aber für die doch eher hochpreisige Wohnung war das dann doch enttäuschend. War trotzdem eine tolle Woche und durch die optimale Lage haben wir sehr viel von Berlin sehen können.

Schöne Wohnung und ein paar Anmerkungen

Der Aufenthalt in der Droysenstraße hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage der Wohnung im Erdgeschoß in einem ehemaligen Laden war zwar gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber in Hinblick auf das Zweckentfremdungsverbot von Wohnungen akzeptabel. Da es in der Woche unseres Aufenthalts sehr heiß war, war die Kühle der Wohnung sehr angenehm. Allerdings wurde es nicht richtig hell in der Wohnung. Die Lage hat uns sehr zugesagt, man gelangt sehr schnell zum Stutti und zur S-Bahn. Der Autoverkehr in der Droysenstaße hielt sich sehr in Grenzen. Die Wohungsausstattung war sehr gut: in den Springbox-Betten konnte man prima schlafen und die Küche war zwar nicht wie zu Hause ausgestattet, aber es war möglich, alle Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten. Außerdem war die Küche mit einem Waschtrockner und einer Spülmaschine ausgestattet. Das Bad war die eigentliche Schwachstelle an der Wohnung. Es war nicht gut gereinigt, vor allem das WC. Es hat mich ein wenig gegraust. Eine neue WC-Bürste hätte nicht geschadet. Am schlimmsten war der Zustand der Dusche: die Silikonfugen waren voller Schimmel, ebenso die abgehängte Decke in der Dusche. Wahrscheinlich hat haben die meisten Nutzer nicht verstanden, die Lüftung anzuschalten, bis die Dusche ausgetrocknet ist. Mein Tip als Architektin: kleine Badrenovierung mit neuer nur ca. 2m hoher Duschabtrennung, deren Tür sich nach innen öffnen lässt. Die Handtücher waren fabrikneu, so dass ich sie erst waschen musste. Die Zeit in Berlin war schön und ist wie im Fluge vergangen.

Wir waren angenehm von der Sauberkeit und Qualität der Einrichtung beeindruckt. Es war genug Platz, ein wohnliches Gefühl kam sofort auf. Die Betten waren reiner Komfort. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, vielleicht könnten 1-2 Geschirrtücher da sein, für den kleinen Abwasch. Die Lage war ruhig, obwohl in solch einer zentralen Lage.

Stilvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung ungewöhnlichen Schlafzimmer / Eingangsbereichs

Die Wohnung ist für Familien mit Kindern ab 6 Jahren geeignet. Die Lage ist gut, da Lokale und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut zu Fuß zu erreichen sind. Die Anbindung an die Stadt Berlin ist sehr gut. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind ohne Auto mit ÖNV sehr gut zu erreichen. Parkraum ist vorhanden, jedoch ist dieser nicht notwendigerweise direkt vor der Wohnung verfügbar.

Clean, comfortable apartment in good neighborhood.

We like the ground floor entry and the nearby shops and restaurants. We didn't use the public transportation but it was within walking distance. There are two double beds at opposite ends of the apartment-- one in a separate room and the other in the front entry area which also has TV. Good kitchen and bathroom. A good value.

Great apartment, well equipped, fantastic location!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful apartment, located centrally right by S-Bahnhof Charlottenburg. The kitchen itself was better equipped than mine at home! We arrived rather late on our first day, barely made it to the grocery store before closing time and were able to cook a wonderful meal without much thought. Things like a variety of spices, aluminum foil, cling wrap and more that were provided in the apartment made a huge difference. Communication with the host was fantastic. The main beds were super comfy (the sofa beds a bit hard for my taste). Unfortunately it rained during most of our stay but even that was not a problem since the apartment provided umbrellas (which we of course had forgotten to bring). I'd definitely stay in Droysenstrasse again! Thank you!
