The best thing of this hostel is the location, many restaurants in the area, and walkable to tourists attractions, if you visit in the summer I recommend to book in advance because it’s always full.

Excellent location, friendly staff. The rooms were stuffy with no air conditioning. Hard to sleep with noise from the windows open at night. Overall, you can’t beat the location and the easy access to public transportation..

I originally booked the pods for a little more privacy than a typical hostel dorm but that was a mistake. The pods and bathrooms were filthy and honestly unusable. The pods are also shorter than pod hotels I’ve stayed at in the past, where you really have to crawl to get in. The hostel does not make the bed for you, there is just a pile of sheets for you to put on… Including the flat sheet for the bare mattress. The pod section itself is also so messy with everyone’s things laying around making it impossible to walk down the corridor to your pod. Also something to note, the space for the lock on the lockers is quite wide so you’ll need a larger padlock to make sure it fits. My doors to my pod were also broken and didn’t allow me to fully shut the doors, this was scary as I am a solo female traveller.

Zimmer war gut, Personal super freundlich und Lage top. Was allerdings super nervig war, waren die anderen Gäste.. hatten eine Schulklasse aus Frankreich auf dem Flur, die auf die glorreiche Idee kamen, in der Früh mehrmals an unsere Zimmertür zu hämmern und lautstark zu schreien und zu lachen.

The capsule hotel it was not as described. There is no signs or communication on towels being paid, to lock your stuff you need to bring your own or pay for it, capsule itself didn’t lock so the “room was open at all the times”. I got a refund straight away, but that amount is not on my back yet, also coming from a different country and needed to look for a new hotel /hostel right away in a different country was a big challenge. I do not recommend.

I stayed 3 nights in a pod. Location: convenient for walking and transport links. Area felt safe. Pod: clean and quiet (I had earplugs). Sheets felt decent (although have to make own bed). Mattress about as thick as a yoga mat so not great, but slept ok. Did get very hot as fan not strong so had to open my pod door in the middle of the night which wasn't ideal as the lights were on. Kept getting smell of cigarettes which was gross so assume the main vent for the basement is near the courtyard smoking area?! No lock but feet were touching the doors so would know if someone tried to open. Bathroom facilities: there is a reason there are no photos of these as they are sub standard!! 4 toilets - 2 locked throughout my stay, one backed up when flushed. 4 wash basins - cold water only (no hot/warm option to wash face etc). One kept bubbling up with bad smell when upstairs floors flushed toilets/shower. 5 showers - 3 permanently locked and 2 that were open had broken shower screens (literally hanging off, clearly for some time too) so could not close, flooding the floor inside the space and out into the communal area (drain in shower also clogged). Embarrassing if the next person was waiting, or unlucky if you were next to use. Had to wait 30 mins to use a shower on my final morning as 4 people waiting to use before me. 30 pods! No private changing spaces beyond the tiny shower room so you change in a puddle. No shelf either so difficult to stop your stuff getting wet.
