The hotel was clean and nice. It was in a good location. The breakfast was also very good. The only problem was only one elevator was working and it only held 3 people so it was hard to get an elevator.

The breakfast was great: lots of choice. Staff were helpful and polite. Room was basic and no housekeeping but that's okay for a short stay. Not much storage in the room but, again, for a short stay that is fine. Great position, short walk from main transport hub. Great shops nearby.

Dont let the area put you off.

Lovely hotel. Clean, warm and comfortable. The staff were very helpful with directions and recommendations. Breakfast was so tasty with lots of options. Handy for local transportation, trains and buses a 5 minute walk. I would definitely stay here again

I wish we had known the hop on-hop off buses start their day right around the corner. More good news: the Berlin Hofbrauhaus is about 100 m from the hotel.

Nice clean and quiet. I like that they dont clean your room on routine but instead ask you to request service. Cleaning rooms and chsngubg towels everyday is sort of a waste and this way you dont have unknowns roaming regulary 😁
