The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The room had both a kettle and coffee machine which was much appreciated. The bathroom was also clean with a good sized shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast times were very generous from 6 to 10.30 each day and there was always a very good range of hot and cold food.The restaurant staff were also friendly and helpful.

Great location in Alexanderplatz which makes Sightseeing around the city easy. Very friendly staff who are always willing to help with any questions or query's. Bar that serves up to around midnight. I did not eat in the restaurant myself but some of the other guests who did eat at the hotel commented to me on the good choice, quality and price. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you are planning to stay in Berlin, it is very good value for money.

Hotel is functional and good value for money. Great breakfast. But, I was charged twice for the room. Paid Expedia when the room was booked, but the hotel charged me again on the day I was to arrive. After much 'discussion' with the reception staff, they eventually admitted that they had a known systems problem but had not spent the time to fix it! They then processed a credit to my credit card for the second charge.
