We arrived late at night and could not get into the apartment. At night in a strange city this was awful, we were tired and upset. We got access the next day. Apparently the door code changes at midnight, what an unprofessional set up. Of course we made a complaint and received some compensation but I would rather not have had the hassle.
The notorious door code, changes at midnight and no one tells you.
