Available coffee would be very much appreciated! Teas were available at the water dispenser stations but no coffee sachets. Better still tea/coffee in the room would be ideal! Only other small issue was the location of wall sockets - not easy for charging phones as being located under the panel above the bed, it was difficult to keep the UK adaptor plugs in place. Disappointing we were unable to secure a twin room with single beds - we were a late check-in due to a very delayed flight and all rooms had been allocated. All in all good value for money though - excellent AC and location was perfect for getting around.

The location was excellent and the staff was very friendly. We enjoyed signature cocktails at the bar's happy hour and the poetry "photo booth" in the lobby was a very welcome surprise! The only downside was that our room was not checked on once during our 5 day stay, but when asked, the staff was always quick to provide what we needed.

Our holiday was planned around the Berlin 1/2 marathon. The hotel was close to the start areas and other attractions. The prices were comparable with other bars and restaurants. Staff were very helpful. Wonderful shower!!!

Modern hotel in a great central location for many tourist attractions. Plenty of bars/restaurants on your doorstep. Room was compact but clean, comfortable and quiet. Decent shower but towels had seen better days. No tea/coffee facilities in room was a downside. Aircon seemed to be centrally controlled which given the heatwave would have been useful to have been cranked up a bit. Breakfast buffet good quality and fair value

Great location and good value for money I had a good stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, very central and just a short walk from Checkpoint Charlie. There are also some nice Italian restaurants and plenty of places to eat nearby. The room was comfortable and a decent size, not very spacious but definitely not too small. The breakfast was fair and overall, considering the location and the price, I think the hotel offers good value for money. The only area where I think there could be some improvement is flexibility with early check-in and late check-out. I arrived around noon after my flight and was quite tired, but I had to wait until 2 p.m. for my room. Early check-in was available for an additional fee, but I would have appreciated a little more flexibility if the room was already available. Other hotels I have stayed at have sometimes made more of an effort to accommodate guests in these situations. I also requested a room with a view. I understand that I hadn’t paid extra for this and that it couldn’t be guaranteed, but it would have been a nice gesture if the hotel could have accommodated the request. Overall, though, I enjoyed my stay. The combination of the central location, affordable price, comfortable rooms and nearby restaurants makes this a good option for a visit to Berlin.
