Very nice hotel and staff. Breakfast was great we Prepaid and I’m glad we did so we didn’t need to go find somewhere to eat. Everyone spoke English to us. Highly recommend.

The hotel looks simple on the outside but the rooms inside were surprisingly nice and had updated bathrooms. Great location close to the train and lots of cafes.

This hotel is in a fun, busy area. If you like quiet I would recommend requesting a room that doesn't face the street as there's lot's of noise and activity. The room was great, the bathroom new with a fantastic shower. It's walking distance to all transit options. I would definitely stay here again.

The Hotel is really close to various amenities—restaurants, bars. It's a lively area, but it's not noisy. I would avoid going during a heat wave, as the hotel is not air conditioned, and the higher floors can get warm real fast.

The hotel was as expected for the price. No luxury, but completely decent. Good location right next to Scönleinstrasse U-bahn and Maybach uffer. Clean large room, no bedbugs, ok bathroom, free stable wifi, and keycard for entrance so one can come and go freely. Friendly staff.

Good valuable room. Windows to street, very noisy but as soon as you close the window it’s quiet. Dusty floor under the bed, can’t have been cleaned for days. Otherwise cleaned. Good size of room. No kettle or fridge. Close to bars restaurants and shops.

Our checkin was actually quite lovely, and the parking behind a locked gate was also comforting given the rough neighborhood. The room was very hot and stuffy, though. When we asked about a fan, we were told there should be one in every room. Ours did not have one, and we had to sleep with the windows open because it was so warm. The front desk clerk tried to convince us that it was not very warm and that it was quiet on the third floor, but there were sirens and other loud city noises all night long. We all slept horribly. Also, one of the chairs in the room was broken. The arm kept falling off when we sat in it.

I was very happy with the stay. Hotel Prens allowed us to check in pre decided check-in time, due to our early arrival. The hospitality was great, we got great recommendations about the city. The room was large, clean and the breakfast was included and the backyard was great.
