Schönes, etwas abseits gelegenes Hotel direkt am Wasser. Frühstück war sehr gut und es gab alles, was das Herz begehrt. Das Zimmer war recht klein, aber ausreichend. Das Abendessen im Hotelrestaurant ist sehr lecker, aber auch nicht günstig. Der Ruhebereich bzw.die Anzahl der Liegen indoor ist sehr überschaubar, da könnte z.B. im Poolbereich oder durch eine andere Anordnung mehr Liegemöglichkeiten geschaffen werden. Die Seesauna ist toll! Ansonsten sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Stil etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Schade war, dass es keine Möglichkeit für eine Massage am Donnerstag gab, weil kein Personal im Haus war.

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt geht leider zu Ende – wir haben die Zeit im Inselhotel sehr genossen! Das Hotel liegt traumhaft am Templiner See, hat eine wunderbare schwimmende Sauna, von der aus man sich direkt im See abkühlen kann. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und qualitativ hochwertig- besonders können wir auch das Restaurant empfehlen - wir waren an 3 Abenden dort zu Gast.

Super ruhig gelegenes Hotel mit wirklich ausgezeichnetem Personal, leckerem und reichhaltigen Frühstück. Die Küche der angeschlossenen Restaurants ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wellness kostet extra, ist einen Besuch wert. Komme gerne wieder.

Grosses Zimmer im 1. Stock, sauber, alles vorhanden. Poolbereich kostet leider extra (haben wir nicht genutzt), Frühstücksangebot super, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter überall, Restaurant und Frühstücksraum könnten mal renoviert werden, keine schöne Möglichkeit, abends noch was zu trinken, Essen im Restaurant sehr lecker.

Les informations ne sont pas à jour sur le site Cet hôtel était une des étapes d’un voyage plus long. Les équipements du spa n’ouvrent pas avant midi et cela n’est pas indiqué sur hôtels.com alors que cela semble être le cas sur leur site. Lorsque on leur fait la remarque : il fallait regarder sur notre site ( c’est l’hôtel qui a la responsabilité de mettre à jour sur hôtels.com) Pas une seule indication en anglais dans l’hôtel, uniquement en allemand. Pas de rideau occultant dans la chambre , les lits doubles ne sont que 2 petits lit individuel rapprochés. Le parking de l’hôtel était gelé et il n’y avait pas de sel, il a fallu faire la remarque ou c’était une véritable patinoire afin qu’ils mettent du sel. Le peignoir dans la chambre était déchiré , il n’y a pas de chaussons ( pour un hôtel spa c’est moyen ) mais bon le but est de vendre les sandales de l’hôtel Le rapport qualité prix n’est pas au rdv. Je ne reviendrais pas et je ne recommande pas cet hôtel

Great location, poor facilities.

Check-in and the reception service were fine. The breakfast in the morning was great. The room, however, reeked of smoke and was really dated. I’m not sure how they justify €200 per night. The location is lovely and great for a restful break. We stopped off for a day off on a trip around Germany as we knew it would be hot. We wanted to use the leisure facilities, which cost an extra €11 each per day. Not sure why they’re charging guests this. The leisure facilities are really poorly run. The food and drink there is awfully overpriced and limited. Eg. The only soft drink they had available was Coke. No other options. We ordered at the bar and it arrived about 20 minutes later at our loungers by the pool. Then the sauna etc. One positive here, the steam room was great. However, they don’t turn the sauna on until someone wants to use it. We were told it takes 20 mins to heat up so we came back 20 mins later and sat chatting to a guy in the COLD sauna for about 15 mins. It was still completely cold as the sauna is huge. No way it could heat up in 20 mins. Overall, this place has huge potential and is situated by a lovely lake. However, it seems to be poorly managed and represents poor value for money for its guests.

Virkelig fint hotel. Ligger lidt udenfor Potsdam men i ok afstand til centrum til fods og med cykelfærgen. Også fint at opleve området på cykel, som kan lejes ved hotellet. Venlig og hjælpsom personale , både i receptionen og i restaurant samt morgenmadsområde. Spa og massager var også i top. Det eneste der undrede os var at der ikke var “ equipment” i badeværelse. Vi rejser meget og der er altid vatpind, lotion mm på værelse, dog ikke her. Det er dog småting i forhold til oplevelsen.
