It was price/performance hotel but located very good and close to the public transportation. Hotel staff was quite nice and helpful. The room could be warmer.. No view, nothing extra (such as water, tea/coffee etc). Furnitures were old but the room was clean so I ignored the negative sides.

Excellent location to get public transportation for anywhere. Bed and bedding was comfortable. Room 412 is a U shaped room with wrap around windows. Odd sink and shower in the bedroom and it’s tight. I would stay again.

The staff were great!! They were extremely helpful with anything that I needed. The hotel and room were very clean, and the surrounding areas had cafes, shops, dining. Just one thing, it would have been nice to have even a small closet in the room. thanks for a great stay.

Hotel is in an excellent location in the city center. Room was nice by European standards and staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed is good and we slept well. Easy access to transit. Loved being able to rent bikes right from the front desk.

Family fun in Berlin

The hotel was in a great location and initial impressions very good. Rooms were spotless and comfortable. We booked a family room which was adjoining rooms so our teenage boys enjoyed their freedom and use of the TV 😀

The staff on duty (I didn't get her name) on 25 Feb/1900hr est was extremely helpful and friendly. She was patient in explaining the hotel's policy to me and when I needed a power adaptor urgently as mine was incompatible, she immediately provided me with one which was such a life saver. I hope she knows who she is but thank you so much. Danke - great stay and very happy to recommend to anyone staying over in Berlin

Central location for good or worse

The hotel is very close to public transport by subway or tram. If you are traveling for shopping, there are many stores within walking distance. The downside of the central location, however, is that right across the street there is a loud club open all night where the guests hang on the street singing and shouting.
