Overnight with family and dogs.

Very nice location and hotel in general. 30 meters from a lake with beach is hard to do better. Pool is nice too but without no natural connection to the outdoor area. There’s a small garden with lounge chairs where one can enjoy a beer or spritz. Restaurant was the only downside. A very poor buffé at a very steep price. We did not eat at the hotel but at a very nice restaurant nearby.

Overall great hotell

A bit in the middle of nowhere at a beautiful location in the woods by the beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. A bit disappointed that the pool had an entrance fee of 6€ per day. Room was nice and comfortable but I think they were in a hurry when they last cleened it, they forgot to vheck behind the bathroom door so we got a bit of an unpleasant surprise when we closed it.

Nice hotel in a beautiful location. Shower drain is clogged and needs to be cleaned but otherwise everything is in great condition.

It is a nice Hotel overall. Did not have A/C. Maybe typical for Germany, but it got really steamy in the room. The nearby lake makes the area more humid, so not having an A/C or at least a ceiling fan is not that great. Parking fees were a bit on the high side for Europe. Food was ridiculous. 120 euro for 1 adult and 3 kids 11, 13 and 15.

Not worth it at all

I would not return to this hotel. 1) Sheets had holes in them. We discovered it after dinner, and decided to live with it. 2) NO AC. It was unbearably hot, insanely hot. Falling asleep was a challenge, and downright uncomfortable. It was 27 degrees outside, but far hotter inside. We’re not from the US, so we’re not used to AC, but for a “luxury” hotel, you should be able to expect a cool room in the summer. 3) No complementary shampoo or conditioner. Not even a shower gel. They’d put hand soap in the shower stall….. 4) No a la carte menu after five. What the hell? You’re forced to pay 26 euros for a buffet that’s not vegan or vegetarian friendly if you want dinner at the restaurant. They had a great a la carte menu that looked wonderful, but apparently you’re supposed to have dinner before 17.00. 5) Electrical charger for our tesla did not work, and the staff could not help us. It’s not their chargers, but they obviously collaborate with a charging company in order to have the stations on their premises. We chose this hotel so we could charge. 5) We had to pay for parking despite not being able to charge our car. The parkering garage is EXTREMELY small and the ceiling is low. So low, when we opened our trunk, it scratched against the ceiling, and we ended up with dents. 6) You have to pay to use the pool. Fine, but the pool was booked until 18.00 because of a fitness aerobic class. So basically, it was pointless. All in all. Too expensive and not a fancy hotel.

Die Suite war wirklich sehr gut für uns als vierköpfige Familie geeignet! Ein Kühlschrank hat uns tatsächlich gefehlt sowie ein funktionierender Fahrstuhl. Uns wurde zwar für den Transport des Gepäcks Hilfe angeboten, aber ein Fahrstuhl für vier Stockwerke zur Tiefgarage ist unabdingbar.

Preis:Leistung stehen in keinem Verhältnis. Überteuerte Unterkunft. Maximal unfreundlicher Empfang („was wollen sie hier“) Kein Zimmerservice. Zustand des Hotels: in die Jahre gekommen. Aufwertung durch Wandmotive kann dies nicht abmildern. Frühstücksbuffet auf das Wesentliche reduziert. Hier soweit alles okay von der Qualität, dennoch preislich nicht entsprechend. Die angebotene Qualität kann von der lowBudget Konkurrenz bei weitem übertroffen werden. Sehr schade. Anbindung an die Stadt via ÖPNV vollkommen okay. Lage am See: top. Definitiv hätte die Unterkunft sehr viel mehr Potenzial. Schade

Das gastronomisch Angebot war ausreichend. Die Betten waren bequem; leider hatten wir ein Zimmer, wo das Bett direkt an der Wand stand. Das war nicht so günstig, gerade wenn ältere Leute da übernachten müssten. Wir sind alles mit dem Auto gefahren; bis zum Zug musste man ca. 15 Minuten laufen. Internetzugang war kostenlos gewährleistet. Die Fugen der Dusche waren stark verschimmelt.

Alles war soweit in Ordnung, allerdings stand in der Buchung nirgends, dass der Wellnessbereich extra kostet. Das war wirklich sehr schade. Schade war auch, dass es abends nur Buffet gab (32€ einfach zu teuer). Wir werden nicht wieder buchen.
