Great Stay in Berlin

The apartment is in a great location close to parks, restaurants, train lines, etc. The apartment is spacious and had everything we needed. The owner is also very helpful - even when we locked ourselves out of the apartment! We would definitely stay again.

Perfect family spot

We stayed here for over three weeks with our 3 year old and our 1 year old. There were tons of books in several languages, plenty of toys to occupy kids on rainy days, and an amazing park right on the corner. This park (Burgerpark) was the perfect place to have picnics, see goats, or go to the skatepark, or children's zoo. Alke was extremely responsive and helpful, and a lovely host. The apartment is on a quiet side street, but very close to the tram, bus, and about a 10 minute walk to the S-bahn station. We did not have a car, but didn't feel like it was necessary.

Über den Dächern von Pankow

Großzügige Dachwohnung so bunt wie Berlin. Wir haben uns 1 Woche dort mit der Familie sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr gute Ausstattung von Küche bis Wii und Bücher und Spiele. Nahverkehr gut und schnell erreichbar. Einkauf fußläufig in 5 Minuten erreichbar.

Bright, large apartment in convenient location

I stayed here with my 16 month old daughter, dad, and sister. The apartment was very comfortable for all of us. The kids room was perfect for my 16 month old - lots of fun toys for kids if all ages! The apartment is in a cute neighborhood with a nice park just a block away and easy public transportation access to the main tourist attractions. Alke was a wonderful host - communication was great and checking process was easy. Would definitely recommend!

Week in Pankow

Could not have had a better place to stay. Great location close to a lovely park and within 5 minutes of the fantastic Berlin transport system. The apartment was clean, spacious and full of character. We loved sitting on the balcony to cool down at night with a cold glass of German wine or beer. Pankow was ideal, with good food shops, restaurants and bars. We would all love to come back as we have barely scratched the surface of Berlin; there is so much to do and see.

Amazing Apartment for a Family or Large Group

We recently stared here with our family (my wife and I plus our three children, 7, 6 and 2) and my sister-in-law's family (my sister-in-law, her husband and three children, 9, 7 and 4). There was more than enough room for all of us and the apartment had every amenity imaginable. Location in Pankow was convenient for us - a 15-minute Uber from the train station or a 20-minute walk to the U2 line to Alexanderplatz. Also right across the street from a large park with a playground and lots of nearby restaurants in the Pankow neighbourhood. We could have stayed here a week!

Wonderful apartment in Berlin!

This was a great apartment for our first visit to Berlin. The apartment is close to the bus stop and walking distance to a grocery store. The owner was very gracious and helpful with anything we needed. She lives in the building and is very available. The apartment is very roomy and accommodating for a larger traveling group. I would have given it all five stars, but there was one concern that should be considered. This apartment is on the top floor and you must walk several flights of stairs. Please consider if you are physically challenged at all. Otherwise, it is perfect if you don't mind stairs. I would highly recommend it!

APPARTAMENTO SPAZIOSO A DIECI MINUTI DAL CENTRO

Eravamo in 10 e abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per 6 giorni. Si trova all'ultimo piano (no ascensore) di un palazzo sito di fronte al Burger Park. Dispone di molti posti letti distribuiti non in modo tradizionale: una grande camera matrimoniale che dà su un terrazzino e sulla parte del bagno con vasca e doccia molto grandi. L'altra parte del bagno è comunicante con la zona doccia tramite una porta e vi si accede dalla cucina. Questo è l'unico neo dell'appartamento: un solo bagno, ma lo sapevamo. Tuttavia noi ci siamo organizzati e non abbiamo avuto problemi. Gli altri posti letto: 3 in un immenso letto di legno che è in soggiorno (molto comodo) e può essere nascosto da un separè; 2 divani letto (1 in soggiorno e 1 nella zona letto dietro l'angolo cottura) e 4 letti a castello costruiti dietro la parete angolo cottura. La cucina è dotata di tutto quello che può servire, non manca davvero nulla. L'immondizia deve essere gettata in un ambiente prediposto a cui si accede tramite una porta metallica che si trova in Kreuzstrasse. Per il vetro: dovete conferire le bottiglie, separandole per colore verde-bianco-marrone, nei cassonetti che si trovano lungo Wollankstrasse. Ci sono due fermate della S-Bahn (Pankow e Wollankstrasse). All'arrivo abbiamo usato Pankow, S9, poiché parte proprio dall'aeroporto di Schoenefeld. Per il resto del soggiorno, abbiamo preferito l'altra, più vicina e al rientro si passava davanti ad un ben fornito supermarket REWE. I contatti con la Signora Alke sono stati rapidi e lei è molto disponibile. Siamo stati davvero bene e consiglieremmo a tutti questa sistemazione.

Rummelig og god placering

En stor og rummelig lejlighed som fint rummede seks voksen og fire børn. Men "soveværelser" med dobbeltsenge er der reelt kun i ét soveværelse og derud over en kæmpe seng i stuen og en mindre dobbeltseng i børneværelset, som ligger i forlængelse af køkkenet. Det første indtryk af lejligheden var stort. Og den er lys og rar om dagen. Men der viste sig en del el-ledninger som hang ned fra loftet og inde ved børnenes soverpladser. Det elektriske lys virkede ikke alle steder, og det gav et hårdt og ikke hyggeligt lys om aftenen. Stearinlys ville hjælpe, men der var ingen lysestager... Det var nok af sengetøj og håndklæder, service, glas og plads - og alt i alt er det et rigtig udemærket sted. Der ligger en hyggelig restaurant lig nedenfor lejligheden og Berlins velfungerende offentlige transport i nærheden.

Wunderschöne Wohnung!

Wow - was für ein toller Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist großzügig, modern und clever einmgerichtet und hat einen herrlichen luftigen Flair. WIr haben uns mit einer Guppe von 8 Personen sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Auch der Kontakt und die Absprache mit der Vermieterin verliefen reibungslos und freundlich. Zeer mooi appartement met vriendelijke en behulpzame gastvrouw. Vanaf het appartement ben je makkelijk en snel in hartje Berlijn met het openbaar vervoer. Alles is aanwezig in dit mooi aangeklede, goed ingerichte en op de bovenste verdieping liggende appartement.

Mooi ingericht ruim appartement

Mooi appartement. Geschikt voor een grotere groep, wij waren met 9 volwassenen en dat ging prima. de auto's konden gewoon in de straat geparkeerd worden. Afstand tot openbaar vervoer prima. Enige nadeel is 1 badkamer, maar dat was geen groot probleem.

Zu zehnt - 4 Erwachsene und 6 Kinder - haben wir genossen von Berlin und dieser Ferienwohnung. Hervorragende Lage, schöne Aussicht, super eingerichtet, sehr nette Vermieterin, einfach alles nach Wunsch.
