「My partner and I were appalled by the misleading information given on Hotels.com. We saw a plaque at the hotel entrance that says “Four Stars 2026”, which means right now it is NOT a four-star hotel; it is HELL. I don’t understand why we were given thick blankets at the height of summer, a dusty mini fan and a mini fridge that doesn’t work. We had the WORST sleep for two nights. We couldn’t open the windows because it was noisy outside. My partner became sick and I think my cancer got worst...

「Väldigt familjärt och mysigt hotell med bra service. Bussarna går alldeles nedanför hotellet så det är lätt att ta sig in till Thun. Man kan annars lätt promenera in till Thun då det är ett promenadväg efter sjön hela vägen. 」
