“少有人第一次到義大利就到過Matera，就是這個念頭，我們風塵僕僕地來到這裏，只因這裏有Sassi文化遺產，還有附近的 Trulli。老實說，Sant' Angelo不好找到，reception的地點有改變過，我們費了好久時間，ㄧ直到現在，我們還是擔心會不會誤闖了ZTL？見到洞穴屋的第一個感覺只有「哇」，很興奮，也很驚奇，甚至馬上跟台灣的好友ㄧ家人FaceTime分享。裡面很乾淨，浴室的水柱也很強，真的要挑剔的是床和棉被都有小小粒的砂子，但這是難免的，洞穴屋不就是這樣嗎。飯店內沒有免費停車，這跟訂房時Hotels.com上寫的不同，代客泊車的費用記得是26歐。請記得提早一小時前order取車，因為動作真的很慢。洞穴屋的本身真的很棒，值得親自體驗。”

“Hotel was just ok. Wifi was not working and when we checked out no compensation was provided for this lack of amenity. We ate the resteraunt and the food was delicious but the service was very very slow and forgetful. We sat outside and maybe the staff just kept forgetting us and our requests. "The service was great. We parked at the parking lot recommended by the hotel, and there was a free shuttle that took us to the hotel. We stayed in a separate room, which had a bit of a damp smell. The room was about a 5-minute walk from the reception and the breakfast/spa area — it took a few time to remember the route. But getting lost in Matera is also a kind of romance."
