Beautiful family run agriturismo. Clean and spacious room, spotless bathroom, Breakfast was 1st class however a hot option ie omelette would only improve it. Only problem advertisement on expedia stated pool after a 15 min walk around the extensive gardens etc no pool was to be found !

Agriturismo Nonna Rosa was a very nice stop on our trip. The room was updated, clean and quiet. Breakfast every day was very plentiful, most days we left with a few snacks for later in the day—so nice to have. It’s close to the ancient town of Matera, making it easy to have a nice morning/afternoon site seeing. Antonio is very attentive and helpful—thank you! I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property! Rooms were immaculately clean and comfortable. Cleaning was done daily. Breakfast was wonderful! Staff was attentive and helpful! I would absolutely visit again when in Matera! Thank you for the wonderful experience. Wish we’d been able to stay longer!

It’s a nice place, friendly and helpful staff and great breakfast. It is near a quarry and perhaps a cement making facility, so not so picturesque. The garden and grounds are lovely and it’s quiet. It’s also hard to find on Google maps and glad I saw the sign on the way into town

Lovely, quiet but beautiful place. The rooms were new & modern. Breakfast was good and the service was great. Michele and his staff were very helpful. It’s about 20 minutes from Matera so you really need a car to get to and from Nonna Rosa!!

The Facility was excellent, out in the country side. Very peaceful and quite. The bed was very comfortable. The location was OK, a little far to get to Matera. One definitely needs a car in order to get to Matera. The breakfast was excellent.

Great B&B close to Matera

Amazing B&B in Matera, recently renovated room with comfy bed and modern washrooms. Michele made us feel at home and gave great advice on the area. 1.2km from the belevedere to see Matera at night. Nonna Rosa would be proud of this place.

The breakfast was awful they would set a few items on the table and that was when we asked for eggs first day they said they do not have any the second day they said they have 3 we did not know what was on their breakfast menu and what we could have looked a bit silly they kept saying what we wanted but no menu and no idea what was available

Très bel accueil. La personne a pris le temps de nous donner toutes les explications et les bons conseils pour se garer, se restaurer et visiter Matera. Le petit déjeuner était varié. Un seul bémol : tout était sur la table et nous n’avons pas tout pris car il y avait du sucré et du salé. La chambre était propre et toute rénovée. L’endroit est un peu perdu mais ne vous fiez pas aux apparences en arrivant. C’est un lieu calme et très bien situé pour se rendre à Matera. La voiture est indispensable.

Ein sehr schöner Agriturismo! Sehr freundliches Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer in einem neuwertigen Zustand! wirklich absolut top. Frühstück ist kein Buffet sondern ist am Tisch gestanden war aber auch absolut ausreichend und auch vielfältig. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen: sie haben keinen Pool, aber wohl in der näheren Umgebung einen.
