We walked to town for great food and drinks- host left great neighborhood details and recommendations. Close also to great bike trails and the college. Super clean and well appointed. 「We were in Chico to pack up my daughter and loved how close the house is to the CSUChico. Very spacious with an outdoor seating area in the back. Annie was there cleaning leaves that had fallen to make sure we could enjoy the back yard which we did with a glass of wine. Very responsive to a few questions we had.
