Berry Getaway

This property was perfect for our multigenerational family of 8. The location means it is within walking distance to the centre of town and the park which was a hit with the children.

The house was clean except that the coffee machine stank from stale milk that had been left in the machine. After trying to clean it we couldn't use it. I tried contact you ane nobody got back to me.

Disappointing management

Aircon broken. Middle of summer. Took all day and all night to fix in the middle of summer. Then offered no compensation despite having to stay up all night allowing electricians in etc and planning alternative accom as electrician initially said u likely to fix. Management did nothing as compensation. Pool is cold and poorly presented and lawns not mowed.
