On our first full day, our room was not serviced at all, the beds weren’t made, we didn’t receive fresh towels, the trash wasn’t emptied, and nothing was cleaned. 「My room was downgraded to a room with a tv that worked due to their new tvs in some rooms not being set up. I tried endlessly to get the room downgrade price difference refunded. Robert, the GM, continues to neglect calls and emails from Expedia (who I booked through). This hotel is in dire need of renovation (bath tub + ceiling had mold) and the front desk staff seem just as unhappy to be there.」
