Mountain View Acres Guest Suite

Our place is very private - just 3 miles from I-25 with magnificent views of the Front Range. We have 4 acres in the middle of farm land and share it with goats and Maddie. Maddie is a “free range” pig who loves roaming the property and saying hello. The space is private and has a full kitchen/bath and W/D. We are centrally located between Estes Park (and Rocky Mountain NP) , Boulder, Ft. Collins, Denver, Greeley, Loveland and Longmont.

The private apartment is in the lower level of the house separated by a locked door with free Wifi. The space was recently remodeled and has a private entrance and patio area (with patio furniture). The unit has one bedroom (with a queen size bed) and a bathroom having a full tub/shower. There is a stacked washer/dryer in the unit. There is also a pull-out, full-size, sleeper sofa that works well for one adult or two children. The kitchen is well equipped with a full oven/stove, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, cooking utensils, pots and pans, and an ice maker in the freezer. A table with a fold-up side and office chair make for ample work space if needed. There is a walk-in closet with large shelves along with ample space for suit cases. Iron and ironing board are also provided. For entertainment there are a variety of games, a TV for streaming, a swing to sit and watch the goats, and lounge chairs to enjoy the spectacular mountain views. There is no dedicated air-conditioning in the unit, but the space naturally stays cool as it's in the lower level of the house.

The driveway is open at all times with signs directing guests where to park. The private entrance has a keyless entry for security and convenience. There is an uneven gravel path sloping slightly downward from the parking area, around back of the house to the private entrance. The path that has pathway lighting at night. There is no smoking on the property at any time.
