Overall it’s an okay stay. Our room was not cleaned at all. There was someone’s tank top by the drawer and the microwave still had food in it. The location is nearby downtown and Rocky Mountain Park. Breakfast is only to go stuff, don’t expect too much, we ended up getting breakfast in town. Staff are nice though.

Looks like the property is old af but very, very nicely renovated. The bed and pillows were super comfy. You get what you pay for with the free breakfast.

We liked the room’s balcony and the excellent quality of the towels. We didn’t care for the limited breakfast choices (white bread toast, sugared cereal, etc). The lobby and the breakfast area need updating badly (including taking down the Christmas ornaments. We also suggest a box of tissues and a mirror that makes it easier to apply makeup or to shave. The bathroom vanity, while lovely, is too deep for mirror access.

Second time we have stayed here and had another great stay! Location is easy to get to and the room was clean, had mini fridge and extra seating with table and desk plus outside. Grabbed pizza at Antonio’s then sat at a picnic table at Coyote and watched the sunset with the mountains. Would definitely stay again!

Staff is as helpful as they can be, but the ads on Expedia are not truthful. The breakfast is a joke. The ads will say there is a sleeper sofa in some of the units. They are if you are less than 4 feet tall. My 4’11” daughter had to sleep diagonal to fit on the bed and her get hung off. Very disappointed. I have stayed there before and loved it, but they have gone downhill in a hurry.

You think your getting a well lite spacious room but instead you get a bo Not to mention that the breakfast items had been expired for 4 months. The guy at the front desk Aug 6 pm is very nice. Check in was easy , lobby is very close whichever room you're in. Parking is right out front of the rooms. Couldn't hear noise next to us or above and the place was quite full. Room had fridge and microwave, coffee in the lobby and water refi station was helpful. Bathroom was very clean, as was the room . Older hotel , remodeled and updated . Worth your money.

The room was adequate, but quite disappointing for the price. The room smelled funny, and had several more minor weird things about it, such as the sink didn't have a stopper. Really, less nice than like a Super 8 (which are not that great). The upsides: The bed was comfortable. The location is fantastic. There wasn't anything super gross except the smell.

This property is a little way out of the main center of things. It is very basically furnished, with a metal table & chair. So I would not plan on relaxing in the room, unless you are in bed. I would recommend it for 1 night or 2 max. I was there for 2 nights and that was too much. Bed was very soft & worn.
