Excelente localização. Prédio com piscina climatizada e tudo muito bem cuidado. Funcionários atenciosos. Apartamento muito prático. Os ventiladores funcionam bem. Não usamos o ar condicionado para avaliar. Móveis e utensílios antigos mas muito limpinho. O proprietário é atencioso e responde rapidamente. Gostamos e vamos voltar com certeza.

Localização excelente e conforto para a família

Infelizmente, pegamos um feriadão muito chuvoso, o que nos impediu de aproveitar melhor a praia. O que nos salvou foi a piscina aquecida, que foi usada mesmo com chuva pelas crianças. O apartamento é confortável, com armários nos quartos, mas só tem ar condicionado na suíte. Como choveu, não passamos calor, mas os outros quartos são abafados e os ventiladores de teto talvez não deem conta no auge do verão. O serviço de praia do prédio é ótimo e os funcionários atenciosos. A negociação com o senhor Cláudio foi tranquila, podem confiar!

O proprietário Cláudio foi muito atencioso, esclareceu todas as minhas dúvidas e a contratação do serviço ocorreu sem problemas. Quando ao imóvel, eu e minha família fomos muito bem atendidos no local, e o imóvel fica muito bem localizado (50m da praia). Cinco adultos ficam confortáveis, mais que isso tem que espalhar colhões na sala (que já existe no ap). Um detalhe importante é que ele possui as grades para crianças. Para quem tem filhos pequenos sabe q isso é muito importante. Recomendo este imóvel sem problemas.

O imovel estava impecavel, possuia uma otima localização, do lado da praia, e com tranquilidade. Os funcionarios do predio eram extremamente prestativos e atenciosos. O serviço de praia e de lazer do condominio são muito bons. Toda a negociação com o senhor Claudio foi realizada sem problema, com grande atenção e flexibilidade da parte dele. Certamente alugarei novamente o imóvel com o Claudio, recomendo o mesmo. Confirmo que o aluguel é totalmente seguro e com ótimo custo beneficio!

Bom dia! Eu estava com bastante receio, pois foi a primeira vez que aluguei o imóvel pela internet. E só tenho elogios a fazer ao imóvel do Sr. Claudio. Nossa estadia foi perfeita.
