On the ground floor, you will find a living and dining room equipped with satellite TV, along with 1 double bedroom and 1 room featuring 2 beds. This floor also includes an open kitchen fitted with 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom on this level comprises a shower, bidet, and WC. A balcony exit is accessible from this floor.

The upper floor features a living and dining room with characterful sloping ceilings and a panoramic window, a TV, and air conditioning. This level also provides access to a second balcony.
