「The towels are horrible. They need to be replaced. They are not white anymore. The rug in the elevator also needs to be replaced. Curtains did not close all the way so it was extremely bright in my room the next morning. 」

「My family and I stayed at this property for my daughter's graduation from UAB. Close to UAB which was our objective . Property is in a nice quiet neighborhood but very close to some not so nice areas. I had a small issue with not receiving access code prior to check in but owner rectified situation right away. House was clean and enjoyabe, sleeping quarters downstairs was a little cold. Overall very good stay !」

「The hotel property was nice. The room was fine and the location was close to where my event was held. Only thing is at 11 p.m. the family on my floor decided to run the halls and scream and holler. This went on for about half an hour before the local police were called to confront the family with out of control kids. It amazes me how parents are so ignorant to the surroundings and allow their children to act as if they are outdoors.」

「Property was very clean. Beds and linens were of high quality and comfortable. Layout was open and let in natural light. Neighborhood seemed safe and was quiet. Check in was difficult as needed to call two times to get correct entry code. There was an app to access all instructions but I was not able to sign into the app which in reading comments happened to others. There was no toilet paper, no soaps, no coffee or condiments. I would definitely stay there again as it overall was very high...
