Great location!

Great stay for a weekend skiing! Easy check in! Ski hill is right out the door, a quick 100 ft. walk away. Best stocked kitchen we’ve stayed in. We won’t hesitate to return.

We had 5 couples in our group and this property was perfect for us. We thoroughly enjoyed how spacious it was, inside and out. The fire pit outside was perfect to relax around at night. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook and we appreciated the keurig set up and many other thoughtful details. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable stay at a good value.

Beautiful summertime ski chalet

This is a beautiful property near a very popular ski resort. It is located near many things to do.....hike in woods, fish and swim in Lake Superior, near restaurants ... we would recommend it to anyone visiting the sights in Michigan's Upper Peninsula.

Weekend at the Mountain Top Stayed for the 2025 SISU

The property was all that it was advertised. It was convenient, clean, had all the amenities we needed and was right on the Wolverine Nordic trails and through the woods to a ski lift We thoroughly enjoyed the property

Our stay for our annual trip to the U.P. was great. The host’s communication was fast, clear and friendly. Loved their site to reference everything from check in to oops we need the trash picked up. The fully equipped kitchen made meals a breeze. We loved the large table for meals, games and laughs. The whole house was immaculate and very inviting with cute decors. Ample supply of towels and comfy beds. Thanks for a great vacation!!

Nice cozy house with enough space for two families

We had a great time at this property. 2 families with 6 kids (ages 10-14). Cozy cottage feel, tastefully decorated including lights and fake tree for the holidays. Two living areas (main floor and downstairs) provided enough space to relax. Alpen is a short (fairly easy) walk away along a trail behind the house. Host was very responsive.
