“We booked the premium room with a balcony upstairs. This is a relatively new property with excellent ground. A bit far from the temple but very clean and convenient. The balcony is expansive and has beautiful vast views. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had lots of options and was delicious. Staff was courteous. “During check in there was an issue with amenities covered and Dinesh ( manager) made it as my problem. I had to prove him that breakfast was included. No apologies. After much discussion he agreed to add meal services. Well do not trust him. He lied and charged me Rs 6000 additional. I expect this to be refunded to me. When I questioned him he made me feel like a bagger. Worst experience ever. Get everything in writing. Dining staff were nice. Reception was horrible because of untrustworthy……
