"First and forwmost, lack of communication from the owner/manager. No responses for queries at all. The rooms were clean upto an OK level. Bathroom was not very clean. "Everything about this place from check in to check out was amazing. The check in was seamless, the staff is extremely courteous and responsive. The two onsite restaurants are wonderful. The infinity pool and bar is perfect. We also got massages at the spa and Becky and Raziya were so professional. Valencia and the hotel staff were also wonderful. Highly recommend."

"Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at The St. Regis Goa Resort from 24th to 27th June 2026. We visited with our two young children, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The staff was warm, courteous, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we had a comfortable and memorable stay. Every interaction made us feel genuinely welcomed. The resort is beautifully maintained, with stunning surroundings, spacious rooms, and excellent amenities. The cleanliness throughout the property was impeccable, and the attention to detail was evident in every aspect of our stay. The food was outstanding, offering a great variety and excellent quality. Our children especially enjoyed the family-friendly atmosphere, and there were plenty of activities to keep them engaged throughout our vacation. The service, ambience, facilities, cleanliness, food, and overall experience were excellent in every way. It was the perfect destination for a relaxing family holiday, and we created memories that we will cherish for years to come. "The property is immaculate with fantastic amenities for families. The pool is fantastic. They have a regular large pool, kids pool, open air heated pool different from regular pool and open air jacuzzi and indoor jacuzzi. They also have cycling, cricket, Golf, badminton and host of other activities to keep kids and adults busy. The property is overall very beautiful and great for morning runs or just a stroll. They also have direct access to benaulim beach. The food overall is great in taste but I believe the breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet lack in variety for a properly of this class. Almost every other property in this class had a larger spread. No complains on quality, taste and service though. The extra bed is exorbitantly priced at ₹ 4000++ per night. The kind bed is big enough though."

"I have stayed previously too at Le Meridian with friends and this time I got a chance to stay with family. The courteous staff and hospitality you get at Le Meridian is unmatched. The reception staff , pool staff and those in dining areas are prompt, warm and helpful . The breakfast buffet is grand although the non vegetarian opens have reduced and are not in display and you get them on request. That was a change. Since lot of families with children are residing at the hotel one should be ready to put up with the noise from playing toddlers and children. I didn’t t mind that for one. It is well connected and 5-7 minutes ago sell to Candolim beach. The swimming pool is clean and high point of the hotel. Will definitely stay again …."

"We had a wonderful stay at Taj Fort Aguada, Goa and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Goa. The hospitality and service throughout our stay were exceptional. Every staff member was warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make our experience memorable. The breakfast spread was outstanding, with an impressive variety of both Indian and continental options, ensuring there was something for everyone. We also thoroughly enjoyed dining at the Italian and Thai restaurants, both of which offered delicious food and excellent service. One of the highlights of the property is the beautiful Banyan Tree restaurant. The lush greenery and serene atmosphere make it a truly special place to dine and relax. Overall, Taj Fort Aguada combines stunning surroundings, excellent dining options, and world-class hospitality. We had a fantastic experience."
