「Bathroom in our apartment flooded as the slope of the bathroom was going against the drain. It took the staff a lot of time to resolve. They ending up upgrading us to a better room the next day but for such a nice resort they need to get their construction sorted. Also, they restrict consumption of store bought alcholhol in the hotel room which is very strange. You should be free to consume what you want in your room. 」

「We stayed two weeks and it was the absolute perfect combo of relaxed bohemian vibe and atmosphere but with fantastic service, very clean and some of the friendliest staff I have met. Had a five- year old with me who thrived. There is a little play area and the pool was perfect for her when the waves were sometimes a bit too rough and she was met with such kindness everywhere. 「Our room was facing a beautiful lagoon. Our butler Deependra was very efficient, provided excellent, service. The sunset on the beach were perfect We especially enjoy having dinner at the Riverside restaurant awesome at the Susegado restaurant. Buffet breakfast at the Miri restaurant was very good. The beautiful gardens, were a pleasure to see. They were buggy services to take you anywhere in the property. Very, very nice swimming pool as well. 」

「Nice resort with good rooms. Clean and comfortable with very large TV’s. Included breakfast was just ok. Not a great choice and what was offered was of ok quality. Staff were great, friendly and helpful. The site lacked sun beds, areas to sit around so you were forced to use outside facilities. An area of beach dedicated for this would have been perfect. 」
