The stay at Heritage Village was great 😊 The staff is incredible, very helpful, polite and literally fulfilled all our needs. They take very good care of you. The property is overall very clean, spacious and great for family holidays. The beach is 200m away and is also very clean and huge. Overall an excellent experience and great value for the money. The sty was extremely comfortable and enjoyable.

Very pleasant resort. Mainly British guests. Not as many small children as I had feared. The beach, à short walk away, was wonderful. Some pleasant waves. Ideal temperature. Very nice beach shack (not affiliated) with lounge chairs and good food and drink. Good restaurants in the resort and excellent breakfast.

Great stay - and reasonably priced.

Nice hospitality by the staff - and we appreciated an upgrade to a bigger room + the late-check-out. Breakfast was good and with a wide range of options Don't expect a 5-star hotel experience, but instead a good stay for the price (compared to other 5* properties in the area)

Incredible hotel! Staff were amazing and I would particularly note how amazing the two onsite restaurants are! The only area which could be slightly improved are the buffet breakfasts as the western options weren’t the best in terms of how they were cooked (the eggs for example). This wasn’t enough to move it down from 5 stars however given almost everything else was perfect! I would also mention the cocktails which were amazing!

superior rooms are tiny deluxe rooms are good. Noisy ceiling fans food is extremely spicy, no dietary food (non spicy or steamed). If you can not eat spicy, this place is not for you. we were mostly hungry. no fruits at all at lunch or dinner Beach is 200 meters away with no lounges and tents. Grounds are beautifully maintained. No AC in the lobby Plenty of water to drink, which is good.

Great service. Pleasant staff. Amazing restaurants. I would recommend for a family. The beach however is not the ideal option for swimming or taking a dip - rough and water currents. And yes, lots of cats. 😻

Property is in a beautiful area and has a beautiful pool area and three very good restaurants. I did have issues with the cleaning service in the room and a foul smell that gets worse in the afternoon. This is a 4 star property and they need to give attention to the sewage issues- instead of just putting diffuser as a temporary fix. Staff were all attentive and service was outstanding.

Apart from the nice lobby, sushi restaurant massages and clean pool... don't bother. The rooms are old, power cut off and on , breakfast is lacking and not fresh, hot water will burn you and the overall condition of the hotel is lacking. Better choices exist.
