“It was a nice experience overall living in Taj for two days. One of the best things is the staff was very helpful in arranging tours and booking taxis. But one point Taj might improve is, though we have paid online for such a room for three people, we were told still that we have to be charged for an extra bed, which is not expected when we placed the order. ”

“Very nice property....not near the sea (beach is about 2 km away) and a quiet location. Very friendly and well appointed staff...very helpful. The Front desk manager Bhawana Rai was truly exceptional....very friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful with an excellent sense of humor. Great Bar with lovely music (albeit a tad bit loud for me) and fantastic food. Overall a great property if beach is not your primary criteria.”

“The staff and service was incredible. They were so attentive to detail. They made our girls trip so memorable. They even sent us a printed picture that was taken on our arrival. They sent a heating pad when my sister was sick. The breakfast spread was one of the best buffets I’ve ever eaten at. The pool looked amazing, unfortunately could not use due to chlorine levels. But regardless this property is a must stay! Can not recommend this place enough”

“When we first checked in to the hotel (rooms 333 and 334), the rooms were clearly not dusted in a while (could see visible dust on the nightstands, lamps, water bottles, rods in bathroom etc.). The sofa had large spots and were dirty. The WiFi was spotty too (general property had 30+MBps while the room had a weak ~1MBps had frequent connection drops). We immediately called the reception and let them know about the issue. We felt we booked the wrong place for our stay. The staff's reaction……
