「This apartment was absolutely perfect for our beach weekend getaway. Quick and clear communication with William from check in to check out. You simply can't beat the location that is a 2-3 min walk to the beach or the main street with all that Bethany has to offer. The sunporch was an awesome space to relax after the kids went to bed. We will definitely be back!」

「Owner very responsive and friendly. Bethany is a freat place to stay in late September. Weather was very nice. Our accommodations were great. Didn’t know there was an upstairs above us. Guests above us woke us both mornings at 6 am stomping around for 1/2 hour each day. Other than that is was a wonderful getaway for us.」

「Place was very cute but the cleanliness was very disappointing. Cobwebs everywhere . Had to wash my feet before bed cause the were filthy because the floors were dirty . Grandsons bed was full of long blonde hair . When my husband pulled down the comforter of our bed their was food crumbs and hair everywhere and a half dollar size redish brown spot . So gross . Would not stay there again . Which is to day because it was a cute place. 」

「The condo was great - very well equipped but a few small cleanliness items that should have not been overlooked from previous guests. End of first week in June and there seemed to be low occupancy in the units around us but it was very very quiet which was very nice!!! I like that this condo is among trees - very pleasant to sit on porch - in shade -and listen to birds. The condo is in the Sea Colony complex - of which we used none of the amenities as we were interested in Delaware State Park...

「I just couldn’t believe My eyes when I first laid eyes on that house so close to The beach. Beautiful inside brand new everything brand new rug, and hardware floors. Bathrooms were immaculate kitchen was immaculate not enough can be said about the state of this house. Thank you so much. We hope that you will take us as new guest next year. 「At first glance, everything appeared to be in decent order. The more we unpacked and established ourselves is when the dirt, dust and cobwebs appeared. The closet door that appeared to cover the HVAC unit had fluffy tufts of dust and dirt stuck to the slats. The counters were greasy. There was residual food left in the bottom of the kitchen trashcan. The shower curtain had mold, dirt and hair stuck to it - I just went ahead and bought a new one and replaced it. We were sent a "skip the check in"...
