“Tim was the best host that I've ever had on Vrbo. He was very polite. Tim met us and texted me stating that we could check in earlier anytime we wanted. The host met us at the property. His home was attached to the room that we rented. The room was beautifully decorated and very clean. Location was very convenient to the boardwalk but still was on a quiet street. We ride bikes property was not far from the trails. We had our own entrance which gave us privacy. He also stated since there wasn't……

“There was leak from upstairs the day before but they had cleaned it all up except for a really sticky floor. Traffic was load but a great location. Tricky getting the garage pass with no parking in front. I recommend indications for pulling around the corner and running in for the parking pass.”

“Long weekend stay here was lovely! The apartment sits on a quiet street with other rental units, everyone was friendly and kept to their own so it felt private. Great walking space outside for the dog which was a nice surprise! Quick drive to get groceries and dinner, easy access to Lewes and Rehoboth beach! No issues or complaints about the apartment - would definitely rent and return again. Thank you!”
