Lots of Space!

This home was great! Well appointed kitchen, comfy furniture, quality beach chairs and towels. Just a short walk to the beach in a quiet, friendly neighborhood, but close to everything.

Clean and spacious!

House was great and had plenty of space including nice sitting areas - helpful when one night we were short by one bed!The beach itself was perfect. Not crowded and lifeguard snd the fireworks show on the beach was an unexpected surprise and really wowed everyone!

Great stay

Great house in a great location. Fully stocked and great for our multi-family trip. Only downside was the gnats that bugged us on the inside and outside of the house, but that might just be caused by the season. Still a great stay!

Great stay in Bethany

Lovely home across the street from the beach, with access to a pool which is great. Home is very spacious and great for 1-2 families. Main comment is that the rental process is a little no frills for the price - need to make the beds when you check in, fewer “others” than other rentals I’ve done (eg, kids toys, beach towels, etc for example). Would stay here again

House was a great layout, especially the main family room, and had a fun time. Appreciated the new beach chairs, but...Property was lacking regular upkeep. Should have been better for the high cost. Had to fix light bulbs, dresser drawer handles, cabinet doors. Elevator was not working for move-in. Shared bath shower light was never repaired due to needing an electrician. Back screened porch needed cleaning and repair. Carpets were dirty. Freezer had sand in the bottom. No curtain in front bedroom exposed to the street. All mattresses were bad. Kitchen was dirty. Storm shutter on door in bunk room was broken- couldn't open. No cushions on deck recliners as in pictures. No furniture on front porch as in pictures.
