This was a great stay! Awesome location. The house has everything you need. It accommodated our entire family to include 3 couples, another adult and a toddler. Plenty of space.

Great vacation spot

Clean and a great location. Easy to drop people off at the beach with their beach chairs etc, then drive cars back to the property and have the driver walk back to the beach. Also property is along the trolley line if you don’t feel like walking. House was supplied with all the amenities and the screened in back porch was a big plus. We greatly enjoyed our stay and will visit again.

I think this was an OK house. Positives-its fairly new, well maintained, good grill, close to town, the kitchen and fridge were good and property manager was super accessible and helpful. Negatives-this was the first house we have rented in 10 years with no local parking permit. That was a buzzkill and made going to the beach a major hassle. I would not rent this house again simply for this reason, and if I had known this before renting I would have looked elsewhere. I also thought the house was dirty, there was some sort of hair all over the master bed mattress pad and the couches when we arrived. I suspect a cat but hard to say took 3 washes and vacuuming to get rid of it. The porch also had food debris all over the couches and floor. I thought the porch furniture was uncomfortable. I also wish they had given us more than 3 trash bags and 1 dishwasher pod, that was disappointing. I left a bag of dishwasher pods for the next renter. So not a terrible experience but not the best we have had in Bethany in a few years and probably would rent elsewhere next time.

Bethany House

The house was very nice. Great quiet location. Was nice being picked up by the trolley at the house. Would have been nice to have a TV in each bedroom. Not everyone wanted to watch the same show with just one TV. The screened in back porch was nice
