Big. Close. Beautiful

This is one big ass house on two lots, 2 blocks close to everything, with three more refrigerators than TVs. The teenagers hung out on the third floor, adults on the first floor. It was great for a group of 17.

The Perfect Pick

Beautiful home. Well stocked kitchen. Games, pool table, foosball, surround sound big screen TV, multiple fridge storage units, a bathroom for every bedroom. VERY clean. Perfect proximity to the ocean and Main Street of Bethany. We could not have found a better or more beautiful home in which to vacation.

We are particular travelers, and this place EXCEEDED our expectations! Worth every penny! Our family week of 18 had plenty of space -- and everything was so well stocked. Loved the extra refrigerators, icemakers, ovens. coffee makers. Loved all the seating options for family meals. Communication was superior at every step. Epic Weekend Getaway

The property was exceptional we love Bethany Beach and come yearly during the fall and winter months. This was our first time hosting more than 2 couples and the property was just what we needed. We will be back for sure.

Great home for large group

Plenty of space to spread out. Third floor area was a great hangout spot for our group of teenage cousins. Well stocked kitchen.

Spectacular Family Getaway

Top things: - Location - Brand new renovation & immaculately clean - Well stocked kitchen - Huge main floor that allows for the entire group to gather - Exceptional AC - Fun top floor with two roof decks and a pool table - Always a place to escape to ones own space - Each bedroom has it's own en suite bathroom. Would definitely rent again!

Air Conditioning

The house was very nice but for a house that size there should have been 2 Air conditioning units. It spoiled especially nights to be very hot and never being able to cool the 2nd and 3 rd floor. Being hot and muggy at night spoiled the stay.Also there were also 2 vacuume cleaners that neither one worked. We ask 2 times when maintanance came to check he he totally ignored the work order.
