Spacious and Close to Sunday River
The property was as depicted for the most part. The proximity to Sunday River was awesome and the four bedrooms was ideal for our group as was the hot tub.
When we arrived we had a few hiccups finding the right house as maps are not updated for the new road. Once we found it we checked into a very clean, large house and the only thing that was off was the towels for the stay were in the washer from the last guest/trip. We just washed them again and dried them, it wasn't a big deal until we realized we are not supposed to do laundry unless absolutely necessary. We ran out of water on day 2 mid-shower.
Getting a house with a washer was a big plus for 10 people and 4 days sweaty, spring skiing so I was pretty bummed to find out we aren't supposed to use the washer, and we had to limit our showers with such a big group. We also recommended to drink bottled waters. These were all things I wish would have been relayed in advance- it would not have changed our stay plans, but could've helped us prepare better. The hot tub also somehow ended up temperature locked at 90 degrees during the stay, but our host quickly routing us to talk directly to the hot tub maintenance company that got us back to a toasty tub stay. Overall, a great property and bang for our buck. I think it is such a new spot that there are some kinks being worked out but we loved all the games the house came equipped with and the extra things available for us like all the cooking utensils and some spices and coffee!
