“We were so very pleased with Chesleah’s home. It was easy to see that she loves her home and goes out of her way to provide every comfort for her guests. We loved our stay and think Chesleah must be a very sweet person, indeed!!”

“Cleanness: Very poor. The room was very dusty and did not feel fresh or properly cleaned. I am not sure when the room was last thoroughly cleaned. The blanket and pillows also felt dusty, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. Overall, the cleanliness was disappointing and fell well below my expectations. Based on my experience, I don't think the hotel deserves the high ratings shown on Expedia. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves its housekeeping……

“I was very satisfied with everything. The breakfast was awesome. The rooms were clean. They always change the sheets and towels, and I was very pleased with the staff. They were very polite, generous and helpful. I will recommend Holiday Inn is a great place to stay and a good experience.”

“After checking in, I found that there were a large area of dirty marks on the sheets in the arranged room. Unexpectedly, I didn't change the new sheets, so I had to ask to change the room! The second is that there is a difference between the charge and the order price. It is obviously more charged, and there is no email reply to the specific standard fee! The location is average and the charge is high, and you can only choose to pay for breakfast! The experience is very bad.”

“Great location, cross street to the river trail and the free train to downtown. Excellent breakfast choices with 5 star hotel quality. Staffs are friendly.”
