"We have been travelling to 6 different cities in NZ and this by far was the best hotel. Loved every thing about it from the layout of the rooms, amenities, courteous staff. The breakfast was included. It was amazing! It had the best value for your money. Well done !"

"Nice stopover stay. Nice rooms and facilities. Only complaint is we booked shuttle with desk three times before it was actually put into system. When we asked to change our initial.time we were told no booking after we watched them enter it. This happened twice? As we checked next morning and told again no booking..."

"The room smelt pungently of raw fish and actually made us gag when we walked in. The carpets were torn, stained and unravelling. The walls had holes in them and some of the lights didn’t work. We were on the 15th floor in a two bedroom view room."
