“This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property and it’s been wonderful both times. Very spacious with two living room and dining areas and complimented well by a large kitchen. Worked very well for making meals for the family for our stay. The location of the house is conveniently located by restaurants and stores in Bettendorf. ”

“This was our 3rd stay here. Needless to say, but we love the property. The decor is House Beautiful - no thrift store furniture in this rental. Wonderful fenced backyard for our dog, who also enjoys the parkway along Duck Creek for a long walk. Host surprised us with a wonderful treat in honor of Augustana’s homecoming weekend. “This property was very well kept and clean which made it easy to keep clean. Everything was in working order. Nice appliances. Extremely spacious and perfect for a very large family gathering. We had ourselves and 3 adult children with their spouses and one infant. The 3 separate sitting areas was perfect for us. The only downfall was parking space. We had 3 full-size SUVs and it was tight. Very cozy neighbourhood. If you like privacy, it’s perfect. We drove 600 miles to visit family and it……
