Formally a grain store now a stunning 5 star Gold Award 3 bedroom cottage that will sleep 6 - a travel cot is provided if required. Please note low occupancy rate is only offered when 1 or 2 bedrooms used, if you select up to 4 guests the low occupancy rate will be offered. Select occupancy 6 to see full price for use of all 3 bedrooms.

On the ground floor you enter into a spacious hall leading on to the kitchen area. The kitchen is well equipped and has a dishwasher and washing machine. There is a separate downstairs cloakroom beyond the stairs. The real wow factor in this cottage comes with the large living room. It features a dining area together with large comfortable squashy leather sofas and a wood burning stove. This extremely spacious room has a beamed ceiling with oak floors and colourful rugs. The modern comforts are not forgotten with wifi for use with your own laptop, hifi with ipod dock, Free Sat HD TV and dvd player.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two zip & link that can be either a twin or a king and a king sized master bedroom with ensuite. The travel cot can go in the larger of the two twin rooms or the master bedroom. All the bedrooms are individually styled with quality bedlinen and large bath sheets. The bathroom has a bath and separate shower and there is also an ensuite shower room to the master bedroom.
The cottage has underfloor heating throughout and a wood burning stove in the living room. Please see the information tab above for a floor plan.
Outside there is a lovely private patio & garden area with garden furniture. Rated 5 star with a Gold Award by Visit England
Can be booked with other properties on the farm for larger groups
We do accept some dogs at the cottages but please ask for details as we have some doggy house rules, there is an additional charge of £30 per dog and a maximum of 2 dogs per booking. You can not book your dogs in via Homeaway as their system will not charge for them - please contact Elaine for a quote.
