“Our family was in town for a college graduation. The property was in a great location, close to the Beverly train station, shops, and restaurants. The home was clean and included the amenities our family needed for our stay. Our host, Rachel, was available for any questions we had along the way. Communications provided on check-in, details about the home, near by dining and attractions, check-out, etc were well done and very helpful. Overall, this was a neat experience to stay in a home……

“This is a lovely house, perfect for people who need two bedrooms but can share a bathroom. The location is great. Parking was not a problem during our stay in early June. We walked in the neighborhood each day to admire the houses and gardens. People were friendly and we visited with a few dogs. The kitchen is modern. The fridge was 100% empty, so bring or shop for everything you need including butter, condiments, salad dressing etc. The air conditioners worked well. We didn’t have a way to……

“We stayed 2 nights in a vacation house that had adequate beds and roooms for the 6 of us. The house was located in a wonderful location. We found the nightly rate reasonable but the total cost was inflated by the cost of housekeeping (higher than for other properties in the same area). Though the interiors were clean, bags of trash from previous occupants greeted us as we climb the stairs to the front entrance. The host management apologized that they missed trash collection. “We enjoyed our stay overall — the location was great and the space had potential — but we were a bit disappointed given the price we paid. The home could really use a deeper clean and some upkeep. There were spider webs in corners, the floors weren’t very clean, and the upstairs walls had quite a few markings.
