“We arrived from London. Walking distance to all the cool places. Room was quiet, clean, had air conditioning, powerful hot shower, there was a lift to get to the room which helped with suitcases. Staff were extremely helpful getting us a taxi to the airport for a decent price and recommending places, tours and restaurant which were all good and cheap. 100% recommend. ”

“Rooms are a bit compact and the AC took quite a while to cool the room but everything else was fine. Middle of July and very hot outside. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was better than expected but don't expect your full English style. It's really about as in the middle of things as you could get. Loved the firm mattress but some may feel different. We had two rooms and extended our stay.”

“很差，房间空调一天内修了四次，酒店方面没有任何歉疚，在我们强烈要求下才换了一个同标准房间，态度是他们已经给我们换房间了，就不需要道歉。是我们住过的bestwestren最差的酒店，没有之一。”

“This boutique hotel is only about 10 mins from the biggest attractions in Istanbul. The room was clean and the breakfast was decent. The staffs were super helpful with my food delivery especially as I arrived at the hotel late at night. The warm hospitality certainly made up for the slightly weak shower nozzle. ”

“I lived in this hotel for 4 days. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, served from 7:30 until 10:30 a.m. The hotel is in a quiet and convenient location, but close to the mosque. There are some good place to exchange money nearby. I would like to stay there again if I go to Istanbul.”
